Ante mí: JUAN CARLOS URRUTIA SALAZAR, y RAQUEL EURIDICE OPAZO PALMA, ambos Francisco de Villagra 6.010, La Reina, ante mí, modificaron sociedad de responsabilidad limitada INVERSIONES DJ LIMITADA, modificación consiste: se aumenta el capital social a la suma de $146.000.000-. Dicho capital ha sido aportado por los socios, en partes iguales, de la siguiente forma: $1.000.000- fue enterado en el acto constitucional y los restantes 145.000.000 fueron aportados en partes iguales, en efectivo con fecha 30 de abril de 2021.
