Unicos socios son CLAUDIA ANDREA SALAS RAMIREZ, 99%, y CRISTIAN LEONARDO SOCIAS MUÑOZ 1%, derechos e interés social, y b) Administración, representación y uso razón social corresponderá a CLAUDIA ANDREA SALAS RAMIREZ, con facultades contenidas escritura constitutiva.- SANTIAGO, 26 diciembre 2022.-
