Pinto 555, certifico que, por escritura pública hoy ante mi, MAGDALENA CALIZAYA VILLCA; FRANZ AIRTON CHOQUE CALLE; MARCO ANTONIO ZENON CHOQUE PEREZ; y VLADIMIR HOSMI CHOQUE CALLE, todos Orella 2263, Iquique; modifican sociedad EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES MAGDALENA LIMITADA o TRANS MAGDALENA LTDA., constituida escritura pública 03/09/2013, otorgada Notario Público Iquique MARIA ANTONIETA NIÑO DE ZEPEDA PARRA, inscrita a fjs. 1867, Nº 1654, Registro Comercio Iquique 2013, Conservador Iquique, debidamente publicada D.O. 34.851, siguiente sentido, MAGDALENA CALIZAYA VILLCA, vende cede y transfiere 9% haber total sociedad, que posee sociedad EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES MAGADLENA LIMITADA, a FRANZ AIRTON CHOQUE CALLE, MAGDALENA CALIZAYA VILLCA, vende cede y transfiere 10% haber total sociedad posee sociedad EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES MAGDALENA LIMITADA, a MARCO ANTONIO ZENON CHOQUE PEREZ. MAGDALENA CALIZAYA VILLCA, vende cede y transfiere 10% haber total sociedad que posee sociedad EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES MAGDALENA LIMITADA, a VLADIMIR HOSMI CHOQUE CALLE. Consecuencia, cesiones antes mencionadas, queda sociedad EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES MAGDALENA LIMITADA O TRANS MAGDALENA LTDA., conformada siguiente manera: MAGDALENA CALIZAYA VILLCA, queda participación sociedad, equivalente 70% haber total sociedad; FRANZ AIRTON CHOQUE CALLE, participación social equivalente 10% haber total sociedad; MARCO ANTONIO ZENON CHOQUE PEREZ, participación social equivalente 10% haber total sociedad; y VLADIMIR HOSMI CHOQUE CALLE, participación sociedad, equivalente 10% haber total sociedad. Socios ratifican cláusula Séptima pacto social primitivo en el sentido que la administración y uso razón social corresponderá a MAGDALENA CALIZAYA VILLCA, quien anteponiendo la razón social a su firma la representará y obligará con las mismas facultades establecidas en el pacto social primitivo.
