N°22.075 – 2021, ante mí: CLAUDIO CRISTIAN BLANCO SANDOVAL, LUIS CRISTIÁN PERALTA HENRÍQUEZ, LUCAS IGNACIO BLANCO ANDRADE, VALENTINA BLANCO ANDRADE y MATEO BLANCO ANDRADE, todos Raúl Labbé 12.613, oficina 114, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, modificaron sociedad responsabilidad limitada BLANCO ARQUITECTOS LIMITADA, siguiente forma: socio LUIS CRISTIÁN PERALTA HENRÍQUEZ, dueño 0,1% derechos sociales, vende totalidad de sus derechos a LUCAS IGNACIO BLANCO ANDRADE; y socio CLAUDIO CRISTIÁN BLANCO SANDOVAL, dueño 99,9% derechos sociales, vende derechos equivalentes al 19,9% a LUCAS IGNACIO BLANCO ANDRADE, vende derechos equivalentes al 20% a VALENTINA BLANCO ANDRADE, y vende derechos equivalentes al 20% a MATEO BLANCO ANDRADE. Quedan como únicos socios CLAUDIO CRISTIÁN BLANCO SANDOVAL con 40% derechos sociales, LUCAS IGNACIO BLANCO ANDRADE con 20% derechos sociales, VALENTINA BLANCO ANDRADE con 20% derechos sociales, y MATEO BLANCO ANDRADE con 20% derechos sociales, quienes modificaron cláusula cuarta del pacto social: CUARTO: Capital social $1.000.000 aportados siguiente manera: a) CLAUDIO CRISTIÁN BLANCO SANDOVAL aporta $400.000; b) LUCAS IGNACIO BLANCO ANDRADE aporta $200.000.-; c) VALENTINA BLANCO ANDRADE aporta $200.000.-; y d) MATEO BLANCO ANDRADE aporta $200.000.-; que han pagado a entera satisfacción de la sociedad.
