N°172 Comercio San Miguel 2013, siguiente sentido: Se retira socia VALENTINA KARINA HENRIQUEZ SEPULVEDA, vende, cede y transfiere el total de sus derechos sociales, equivalente al 1% capital social, a MILENA DE JESUS SANTOS ARAYA, en $100.000.- Quedan como socios INMOBILIARIA E INVERSIONES GARDEN CORP SPA., con 99%, y MILENA DE JESUS SANTOS ARAYA, con 1%.
